Holidays
Paid Holidays are available from the first day of employment for eligible employees. T&D annually offers seven paid holidays.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO applies to full-time employees. Hours are accrued according to length of service. We do not restrict our employees to separate vacation and sick leave days. T&D’s PTO policy gives our employees the flexibility to take time as needed.
